Valid email address and internet connection is required to enter the giveaway.

1. The B. toys ("the sponsor") Autumn Giveaway ("the Giveaway") is open to eligible entries between October, 21st, 2024 until Thursday, November, 7th 2024.

2. Giveaway participants must be aged a least 18 years of age and be residents of the European Union.

3. To enter the giveawway participants must fill out the specified form on our website and subscribe to our newsletter.

4. There will be four (4) giveaway winners, each will win a bundle based on the child's age they selected in the giveaway form. Each prize will be a bundle based on age with a similar value of aproximately €100. The bundle prizes are:

a. 0 - 12 months Starry Sky (BX1760), One Two Squeeze Set (BX1002), Wiggle Wrap (BX1454) and Dreamy Rattle (BX1757).

b. 1 - 2 years Boom Buggy (BX1779Z), CHop N Play Fruits (BX1970) and Tropcileania (BX1231)

c. 2 years + Shop N Glow Toy Cart (BX2054), MIni Melody Band (BX1876), Chop N Play Vegetables (BX1969)

d. Hop N Glow Red (BX1510Z), Starry Sky Blue Tent (BX1545), Oki Doki (BX1022)

Cash is not available in lieu of prize and the items in the bundles are not exchangable for other goods. Once the giveaway winner has been selected, the prize pack will be chosen based on the child age provided when entring the giveaway. Upon receiving the winner's notification, the winner will be unable to swap the age of the child submitted nor the prize pack offered by the sponsor.

5. There is no fee to enter or purchase necesarry to enter the Giveaway. Purchasing shall not increase your chances of winning.

6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. The use of multiple email addresses to enter the giveaway is strictly prohibited, any individual entering using multiple emais will be excluded from the prize draw.

7. The winners of the Giveaway will be contacted the week commencing 15th November 2024. Winners will be contacted via email address provided on the giveaway form and must provide their full name, delivery address, phone number and email to the sponsor for the purposes of delivery. The sponsor shall make a minimum of two attempts to contact the winner, if after the 7 days of the first notification, there is no response from the winner, they will forfeit the prize and an alternative winner may be chosen at the sole discretion of the sponsor.

8. The sponsor shall ship the prize on or about the 22 November 2024 and will share the tracking details with the winner. It is the responsability of the winner to ensure they are available to accept delivery of the prize. The sponsor shall not be responsible iIf there is any loss or theft of the prize due to the winner being unable to receive the prize.

9. By entering this competition, the entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
